Each plan includes a monthly processing allowance. One subscription covers one drawing or a bid folder. A folder can run more than one takeoff. You are not charged per takeoff.

Electrical, mechanical, plumbing, civil, architectural, and structural can run from one upload. Coverage depends on the sheets.

The same takeoff is on every plan. Plans differ by seats and by the monthly processing allowance.

The allowance is for the plan, not per seat. The takeoff stops when it is used. Additional processing is $3 for each $1 of processing past the allowance.

Choose monthly or annual. Annual saves 15% versus twelve months at the monthly price.
